As a leader within the United Club, you’ll help create a seamless, elevated lounge experience for discerning travelers—ensuring every guest enjoys comfort, quality, and care before takeoff. Position Details: Location: Portland, OR (Airport Lounge Environment) Position: Full-Time Pay Rate: $21.94/hour (Weekly Pay) Schedule: Open availability preferred Wednesday through Sunday.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift times may vary based on operational needs. Required Certifications: Oregon Food Handler’s Card.

OLCC Alcohol Server Permit. Key Responsibilities: Support daily lounge operations and lead front-line food service staff. Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a premium lounge experience.

Assist management with scheduling, training, and team development. Oversee food quality, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance). Monitor team productivity and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications: 2–3 years of hospitality or culinary experience (high-end preferred).

Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and guest service abilities. Professional, polished demeanor with a positive attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment. Must pass a TSA background check. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs (occasionally up to 40 lbs). Bending, reaching, and mobility required.
