Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless delivery of high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities include managing food service operations, leading and training staff, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests while adhering to company standards. This role requires a visible, floor-focused leader, not a back-office manager. The ideal candidate leads by example, maintains a strong presence on the floor, and drives team performance through direct engagement.

Collaboration with team members to maintain efficiency and uphold the values of Le Bon Nosh is essential. ABOUT YOU Proven experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, with a strong ability to maintain quality and efficiency in service. Ability to deliver superior Customer Service and build long-lasting relationships with guests.

Experience in Training and mentoring staff to achieve performance excellence and maintain professional standards. Experience implementing inventory systems Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff and customers.

Knowledge of local sourcing, seasonal ingredients, and sustainability in food and beverage practices is a plus.
