Were a stable, family-oriented manufacturing company with over 100 years of experience producing quality folding cartons. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Operator to join our Finishing Department. In this role, you will learn and operate a variety of finishing equipment, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: 3rd (10:00pm-6:00am)

Compensation

• Starting at $25/hr (Based on experience) plus $1.50 shift premium
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Train to set up, operate, and maintain finishing equipment, including:
  • Domino 110
  • Alpina with Easy Feeder and Cartonpack II
  • Masterfold with Easy Feeder, Batch Inverter, and Cartonpack II
  • HHS gluing systems
  • Heiber Schroeder window machine
• Learn and perform proper feeding and packing procedures
• Operate both hot melt and cold melt gluing systems
• Assist in leading and coordinating crew activities to ensure efficient production
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met and defects are identified
• Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Gluer operating experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a team environment and support production goals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Must successfully pass a mechanical aptitude assessment as part of the hiring process
