Flutter Developer (New Product)

• Brand new product — nothing built yet; no existing codebase
• Previous attempt used an AI tool but hit a barrier: output was a web app, not a mobile app
• Conversion to app required Java integration; team stopped and decided to restart with Flutter
• Prototype target: 8 weeks maximum
• After prototype: candidate gets their own dedicated team (phase 2: ~10–12 people; phase 3: larger)
• This candidate will be the sole developer for the initial 8-week prototype phase

• Must-have technical skills:
• Flutter (front end) — real, hands-on experience; not inflated CVs
• Back-end: flexible — candidate proposes their preferred stack; Java knowledge required for API integrations with other product features
• Cloud: AWS or Azure — candidate’s choice;
• Full-stack capability required: 50/50 front end (Flutter) and back end
• 80/20 or 70/30 split explicitly will not work
• Experience: 3–5 years
• Must include 2+ years building a product end-to-end (not just contributing to a process mid-stream)
• Junior/mid-level profiles will not be considered
• Tooling: Rajeev will provide Claude Code to this candidate by default (no need to request)
• Flutter + Copilot makes coding “very easy” per Rajeev; AGI tooling available if needed
