Meridian Business Support is recruiting for Bendi FLT Drivers to join a well-established logistics operation in Coventry. Working within a modern warehouse environment, you will play a key role in ensuring stock is moved safely, accurately and efficiently throughout the site. This Bendi FLT Driver position offers structured 4 on, 4 off shifts, competitive pay rates and the opportunity to work as part of a supportive warehouse team.

As a Bendi FLT Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Putting away stock into designated warehouse locations
• Loading and dispatching stock ready for collection
• Unloading inbound deliveries safely and efficiently
• Moving products throughout the warehouse using a Bendi/Flexi truck
• Replenishing stock to picking locations
• Following site health and safety procedures and maintaining accurate stock movements

This is a fast-paced distribution environment where accuracy, safety and productivity are key.

Shifts & Pay 4 on, 4 off shift pattern

• Days: 6:00am - 6:00pm (Apply online only)) - 14.64 per hour
• Nights: 6:00pm - 6:00am (Apply online only)) - 15.31 per hour

Choose the shift pattern that works best for you.

To be considered for this Bendi FLT Driver role, you will need:

• A valid Bendi, Flexi or Pivot Steer FLT licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment operating similar trucks
• Experience working within a target-driven operation
• Good awareness of warehouse health and safety procedures
• The ability and willingness to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process

Candidates with experience as a Flexi Truck Driver, Pivot Steer Operator, Reach Truck Driver or Warehouse FLT Operator are also encouraged to apply.
