Designed for both dinner and drinks, with a tucked-away private karaoke room for after-hours moments. Set to open early Summer. ROLE SUMMARY: Little Luck is seeking a Floor Manager with experience in fine dining and high-volume restaurants. The Floor Manager will be responsible for daily restaurant operations along with training new staff. The ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILTIES: Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures Oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment Ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM Other tasks as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment Must have Manager Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service Training Proven experience leading and managing a team in a high paced setting Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments Strong knowledge of front and back house operations Great decision making and organizational skills Must have high energy, great communication skills, and able to work as part of a team Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service JOB DETAILS AND BENEFITS: Full-time, exempt position Flexible, routine-time off Health, dental, vision, and life insurance with company contribution offered the first of the month after 60 days of employment Company Dining Discount More detail about The h.wood Group part of The H.Wood Group, please visit https://culinaryagents.com/entities/134779-The-h-wood-Group
