Floor Manager

Rolf and Daughters is seeking a Floor Manager for our team! We are continuously looking for ways to improve our restaurants and ourselves, and we’re seeking like-minded leaders to join us. Rolf and Daughters is a neighborhood restaurant focusing on seasonal produce, handmade pastas, craft cocktails and an ever-evolving natural wine list. The restaurant is located in the historic Germantown neighborhood in Nashville, TN. Since opening in November 2012, Rolf and Daughters has been named one of America's Best Restaurants by Bon Appetit and Esquire magazines, and was recently nominated by the James Beard Foundation for Best Chef: Southeast. The Floor Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the front of house operations and service standards. The Floor Manager is responsible for supervising the dining room and ensuring our guests have a warm and memorable experience.
