Floor Manager

We’re seeking a hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join a stunning waterfront destination in Orange County. This is a guest-first role for someone who thrives on the floor, leads with presence, and understands that exceptional service is what keeps people coming back. You’ll work alongside the leadership team to ensure smooth, efficient front-of-house operations, while setting the tone for a warm, attentive, and elevated guest experience.

This restaurant has a strong base of loyal regulars, so building relationships and creating a sense of familiarity and ownership with guests is essential. While you’ll contribute to operational responsibilities such as labor and bar cost controls, your primary focus will be leading the service team and making every guest feel like a VIP.
