Floor Manager (Full-Time) Café Con Leche – Logan Square, Chicago Café Con Leche is looking for a full-time Floor Manager to lead service, support our team, and create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door. This role is focused entirely on the floor and guest experience —being present during service, guiding the team, and making sure everything runs smoothly from open to close. About Us Café Con Leche has been a staple in Logan Square since 2001, serving traditional Mexican breakfasts, Latin dinner favorites, and craft cocktails in a warm, neighborhood setting.
We pride ourselves on treating guests like family and creating a space people come back to again and again. What You’ll Do Lead and manage service on the floor during shifts Act as the main point of contact for guests - handling feedback, resolving issues, and building relationships Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to ensure smooth, efficient service Jump in where needed - running food, bussing tables, greeting guests Maintain a strong, positive energy throughout service Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team Help uphold service standards and team accountability What This Role Is Not No scheduling responsibilities No ordering or inventory management No back-office admin work This is a hands-on, service-driven role for someone who thrives on the floor and enjoys connecting with both guests and staff.
