Floor Manager – La Victoria Barra + Cocina Mexicana

La Victoria is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee daily restaurant operations.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. This position communicates daily with Spanish- and English-speaking employees, guests, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service.
• Maintain excellent hospitality and guest-service standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
• Monitor the dining room, bar, reservations, and guest flow.
• Coach employees and hold the team accountable to company standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure opening, closing, cleanliness, and side-work procedures are completed.
• Assist with employee training, scheduling, labor control, and performance documentation.
• Work closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership.
• Enforce company policies, responsible alcohol service, food-safety standards, and workplace procedures.
• Complete accurate shift reports and Manager Log entries.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English — required.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Knowledge of Toast POS and OpenTable is preferred.
• BASSET and Food Handler or Food Manager certification preferred.
