The Floor Manager is responsible for providing consistent, hands-on support on the dining room floor during service and oversees daily front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining service standards, team accountability, and smooth service flow. The Floor Manager works in close collaboration with front of house leadership and reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Lead service with a strong hospitality mindset, ensuring all guests feel welcomed, valued, and well cared for. Maintain an active presence on the floor during service, supporting servers, hosts, bartenders and support staff. Assist with pacing, table turns, seating flow and section management to ensure balanced service.

Actively engage with guests on the floor, address concerns in real time, and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion. Monitor service standards to reinforce best practices in real time. Ensure policies, procedures, and updates are consistently communicated and followed.
