We are looking for a Floor Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a great fit for a top-performing lead bartender, captain, head server, or shift leader who is ready to move into management with real mentorship, hands-on training, and a clear growth path. The Opportunity The Floor Manager will be a visible, hands-on leader during service.
This is not an admin-heavy management role. You will be on the floor, leading the team in real time, supporting service execution, creating memorable guest experiences, and helping the General Manager keep the restaurant running smoothly. You will learn the business from the inside out, including team leadership, service standards, scheduling support, inventory, guest recovery, training, and basic operational systems.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow into a stronger restaurant leader, with the potential to progress to AGM and beyond. What Youโll Do Lead front-of-house service in partnership with the General Manager Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork during each shift Manage service flow and ensure a smooth guest experience from start to finish Coach, train, and support FOH team members Help uphold cleanliness, service, and hospitality standards Resolve guest concerns with confidence and care Build relationships with regulars and create repeat guests Support scheduling, inventory, and basic administrative tasks as needed Contribute to cost control, organization, and operational efficiency Lead by example and stay highly present on the floor during service What Weโre Looking For The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-service restaurants and is ready to take on more leadership responsibilities. You may already have some shift lead, captain, or head server experience, or you may be a standout server who naturally takes ownership and helps the team succeed.
You should bring strong hospitality instincts, confidence under pressure, and a genuine passion for food, beverage, and service.
