Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to assist in leading our front-of-house team. The Floor Manager will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting staff, and making every guest’s experience at Corio exceptional. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and a love of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service from start to finish. Manage opening and closing duties, preparing the restaurant for service and securing it afterward. Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house staff to deliver high-quality service.

Ensure guest satisfaction, promptly addressing and resolving any concerns. Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain consistency, efficiency, and service standards. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Monitor reservations, attendance, and daily sales reporting as required. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with beverage service, including wine, beer, and cocktails, and a strong understanding of service standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
