Floor Manager / Sommelier - Upscale Indian-Inspired Restaurant New York City, NY Up to $85,000 Base This is a great opportunity to join a high-end, Indian-influenced restaurant as part of a well-established hospitality group in NYC. The concept is elevated, design-forward, and guest-focused - and they’re looking for a Floor Manager / Sommelier to play a key role in both service leadership and the beverage program. You don’t need experience with Indian cuisine - they’ll train on that.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading service and being a hands-on presence on the floor Managing and developing the front-of-house team Owning and elevating the wine program and overall beverage experience Guiding guests through wine selections with confidence and expertise Supporting staff training with a focus on wine education and service standards What We’re Looking For Experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant Strong background in wine and beverage programs (Sommelier experience preferred) Confident in guest interaction and wine pairings Natural leader who can balance service execution with beverage expertise Someone who will fit seamlessly into a close-knit, positive team If you’re a wine-driven hospitality leader who loves being on the floor and connecting with guests, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role with a standout team.
