Floor Manager

Blondie is looking for an experienced, hands-on Floor Manager to support our existing management team and help keep service running smoothly. This role is focused on assisting managers already in place, streamlining day-to-day processes and procedures, leading the floor during service, and supporting our Event Manager with private events. We’re open 7 nights a week for dinner and 4 days a week for brunch , so flexibility is important.

The expected schedule is 35–45 hours per week .
