Restaurant Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Bar Chinois – National Landing
Bar Chinois National Landing is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role can be structured as full-time or part-time, with hourly or salaried compensation depending on experience. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, elevates team performance, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build a confident, knowledgeable FOH team through training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Create a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
Guest Experience & Daily Service
- Guarantee smooth service execution and meet guest expectations through preparation and consistent communication with staff.
- Manage cash handling procedures including guest payments, server tips, bartender drawers, and delivery transactions.
- Work closely with General Manager, Back-of-House leadership, and ownership to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.
Staffing, Scheduling & Payroll
- Create FOH schedules and oversee weekly payroll administration.
- Manage FOH/BOH time-clock edits to ensure efficient payroll processing.
- Lead FOH staff training to maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
Business Growth & Communication
- Collaborate with ownership on programming and revenue opportunities to drive sales across all meal periods.
- Maintain timely and effective communication with the management team and ownership.
Schedule
- Full-time roles include five floor-management shifts per week.
- Part-time availability can be discussed based on experience and needs.
