Key Responsibilities Lead and manage aircraft flight test programs. Develop test plans, procedures, and execution strategies. Oversee flight test instrumentation, data acquisition, and analysis. Coordinate with pilots, engineering teams, and certification authorities. Support safety assessments, handling qualities evaluations, and certification activities. Review and present flight test results and recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or a related field. 15+ years of engineering experience. 5+ years of flight test engineering or flight test management experience. Robust knowledge of flight test planning, execution, and data analysis. Experience with certification processes and flight test operations preferred.
