Flexcube Core Banking Consultant

ITTConnect is seeking FLEXCUBE Core Banking Implementation Consultants to work remotely for a client in the US. This is a potentially long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. This client is working with one of the major banks in North America.

Job location: Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil.

All interviews will be in English only (must be professionally fluent).

Spanish would be a plus.

We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules, specifically Accounts, Liabilities (Deposits), and overall system setup/configuration.
• Technical profiles capable of identifying gaps, issues, and configuration requirements within the FLEXCUBE platform.
• Experience supporting and participating in core banking implementation projects.
• Fluent professional English for team communication.

Preferred Experience:

• Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations and/or upgrades.
• Functional and technical analysis of banking processes.
• System configuration, troubleshooting, and gap assessment.
• Collaboration with business and technology stakeholders throughout implementation phases.
• Ability to communicate and provide support in Spanish during Mexico business hours.
