Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Sales Associate located in Hyderabad. The Fitness Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting clients, addressing inquiries, managing memberships, and promoting the studio's services and programs.

Additional responsibilities include generating and converting sales leads, providing exceptional customer experiences, supporting promotional events, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. The role also involves maintaining the studio’s professional image and assisting clients throughout their fitness journey. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record in generating leads and meeting sales targets Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships Organizational and time-management skills, ensuring tasks and goals are effectively prioritized Passion for fitness and wellness, and an understanding of fitness-related products and services Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in handling CRM and sales tools is a plus Previous experience in fitness sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a bonus
