Thank you for your understanding. Job Description Our firm is looking to hire a highly skilled Fiserv DNA Systems & Operations Engineer . This position offers a full-time employment opportunity within the firm, with the candidate being fully deployed to support a dedicated global client engagement.
This role combines infrastructure management, database analysis, and workflow automation, requiring an engineer who can ensure high performance of the client's DNA environment and seamless data flows across all ancillary products. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure & System Administration: Managing SAF Server configuration and File Share Environment architecture, while proactively troubleshooting system performance bottlenecks. Database & SQL Management: Utilizing deep knowledge of DNA Database tables and relationships to write, interpret, and validate complex SQL queries for data analysis and conversion activities.
Batch & Workflow Automation: Managing and optimizing DNA batch processing windows, utilizing Automic batch automation software to maximize operational efficiency and mitigate platform risks. Ancillary Product Integration: Supporting integrations and secure data flows between core DNA and ancillary systems (including DNA Connect, FCRM, TCM, tMagic, Prologue, Profit Vision, Payroll Manager, and Multipoint). File Transfer Management: Handling secure file processing utilizing third-party platforms such as Axway (FRB file transfers), Card Wizard, and traditional file transfer software (IPSwitch, WinSCP).
Production Support & Release Management: Performing root-cause analysis on technical production issues, supporting system deployments, and managing software release cycles. Required Skills & Qualifications: Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years in technical operations, infrastructure engineering, or database administration dedicated entirely to the Fiserv DNA ecosystem. Automation Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience with Automic batch automation software.
Database Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL scripting, data validation, and structural analysis of core DNA tables. Technical Integration: Proven track record of managing secure data transfers (Axway, WinSCP) and connecting ancillary financial applications to a core database. Operational Flexibility: Ability to work effectively within a dedicated client engagement structure, including flexibility to align with critical operational batch processing windows.
Time & Location: 100% remote job with flexible availability to ensure some overlap (~2 hours) with California business hours to collaborate and work directly with US based teams
