Job Description
Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for facilities planning, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and plant & equipment maintenance. Define project and process plans, set operational goals and implement policies and standard work to ensure consistent execution. Provide technical oversight and approval for approaches, deliverables and vendor work; participate in source selection and supplier management.
Acquire and allocate resources, manage budgets and schedules, and drive process improvements to deliver projects on time, on budget and to quality expectations. Build and maintain strong partnerships with site customers, stakeholders, peers and business partners to ensure needs are met and escalations are resolved. Own team performance metrics and reporting; lead continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities.
