Hiring: Financial Reporting Associate

Location: Mumbai

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (until November) | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (December – April)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: CA / ACCA (Qualified)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Preparation of Condensed Schedule of Investments (CSoI).
• Preparation of Statement of Cash Flows.
• Support interim and annual audits by providing required documentation and backup.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial statements to hedge fund clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Work closely with global teams to meet client deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background:

• Qualified CA / ACCA.
• Experience in Auditing, Financial Reporting, Public Accounting, or Hedge Fund Administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of investment company financial statements is an advantage.
