Financial Planning & Analyst

A leading Queensland property developer is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join its Brisbane team.

Reporting to the CFO, enjoy leading a small team and taking charge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets and quarterly forecasts


• Prepare cash flow models, scenario analysis and long-term financial plans


• Deliver management reporting and performance insights


• Analyse project profitability, margins, costs, settlements and cash flow


• Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial decisions


• Improve reporting systems, dashboards, automation and data quality

You will bring

• 8 to 10 years FP&A or commercial finance experience


• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability


• Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills


• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership


• Strong systems, reporting and analytical capability


• Property, construction or project-based industry experience will be highly regarded
