Institutional Relationship Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen the Bank’s strategic relationships with financial institutions and identify new business opportunities. This position plays a key role in expanding partnerships, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the Bank’s sustainable growth .
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or related fields. Strong knowledge of the financial market, banking products, foreign exchange, and international trade. Solid understanding of financial market regulations.
Proven experience managing relationships with financial institutions and strategic partne rs. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Advanced English.
Availability to travel.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement relationship strategies with financial institutions, banks, non-bank financial institutions, government agencies, brokerage firms, insurance companies, asset management companies, fintechs, and other strategic partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Support the Bank’s foreign trade, foreign exchange, treasury, and capital markets business.
Represent the Bank in meetings, events, and institutional visits. Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities. Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for Senior Management.
Strengthen the Bank’s institutional positioning and brand awareness. Expand and diversify the Bank’s client portfolio. Generate new business opportunities that contribute to the Bank’s growth and profitability.
