Financial Analyst

Job #5035 – Our well-established client in the real estate development and construction industry is seeking an accurate and data-driven Financial Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the organization through financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, payroll and benefits administration, and operational analysis across multiple entities within a shared services environment. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial information, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting informed decision-making, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and overall efficiency.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. They will demonstrate exceptional diligence, the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively, and the ability to perform under pressure in a high-performance environment.
