Are you passionate about leveraging financial insights to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making?

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. In this role, you will work closely with finance leaders and business partners to provide accurate financial information, identify trends, improve processes, and help guide key business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and performance summaries that provide meaningful business insights.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to support decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support capital expenditure planning, tracking, reporting, and post-implementation financial reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in management and business review meetings, communicating financial results, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, presentations, and reports to support business initiatives and strategic projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, or a related business function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and business functions.
• Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management processes.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Experience in supply chain finance, operational finance, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or related business areas.
• Familiarity with capital expenditure management and investment analysis.
• Experience working within manufacturing, operations, or industrial business environments.
• Understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
