Responsibilities This position will report to the HQ or project site 100% of the time. We are looking to expand our finance team to support multi‑million multi‑year large scale construction projects. The successful candidate will perform the following activities daily/periodically: Produce complex monthly cost reimbursable billings, ensuring compliance with contractual invoicing terms.

Review transactions daily and resolve issues timely. Review system collected/generated invoice backup for accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Prepare billing backup schedules as needed.

Perform audit of billed vs actual cost to ensure maximum recovery. Ensure external audit compliance. Engage with project management team to answer questions from the customer's audit team members.

Work with financial manager to keep the project cash positive through monthly accruals. Prepare ad‑hoc billing reports as needed. Qualifications Minimum two years of related experience.

Knowledge of general accounting principles. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail in completing work tasks.

Ability to work independently and manage own deadlines. Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills. Use of accounting principles to solve problems.

Education Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 2+ years of experience. Desired Qualities Self‑starter. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Ability to work independently on given assignments and ask questions as needed. Eagerness to learn and advance career within the company. Location / Travel Occasional travel to other project sites.
