Financial Analyst

I am recruiting on behalf of a large Facilities Management Organisation for a Financial Analyst. The role is reporting directly to the Commercial Manage and you will be responsible for the collation and analysis of the account monthly financial performance data. Job Details Financial Analyst Birmingham Up to £60000 plus £5000 car allowance CIMA Qualified Facilities Management Responsibilities The role is to provide the required level of refined quality financial management information to elevate the regional control of the underlying trading risk and opportunities period on period.

Creation and ongoing ownership of a Power BI dashboard. Work closely with the General Managers to implement financial performance improvement plans whilst addressing and overseeing the internal reporting process's, creating a uniformed reporting cycle approach. To analyse, administer, validate and present contract management system performance data.

Proactively manage debt to ensure overdue amounts are kept to a minimum. Work with Operations and Commercial Functions to resolve overdue invoices. Proactively manage WIP - minimising ageing and improving cash collection and reporting on WIP.

Work with Operations and Commercial Functions to expedite amounts not invoiced. Develop, maintain, and continually improve finance reporting across the contracts and region. Qualifications As a minimum candidates must have a CIMA Qualification (Chartered Management Accountant).

Experience analysing and reporting on business management information. Must have excellent IT skills and be proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages and Power BI. Previous experience managing Key Stakeholders.

Ability to work under own initiative, under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail. Hold a full UK Driving licence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
