Financial Analyst (Irving)

Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst Onsite in Irving TX or Tampa FL Contract Overview This role provides financial oversight and operational support for Enterprise Quality initiatives. Responsibilities include vendor invoice reconciliation, accrual accuracy, prepaid balance tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial processing. This is a temporary backfill position to support coverage during a team member’s parental leave. The role is critical to maintaining continuity in day-to-day finance operations and vendor interactions. Key Responsibilities Review, reconcile, and validate vendor invoices against contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and purchase orders Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, request corrections, and ensure timely invoice submission Support monthly accrual preparation and prepaid balance tracking Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready support for reconciliations Communicate status updates, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Procurement, and business owners Support ongoing Enterprise Quality initiatives Candidate Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in business process analysis or financial operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Preferred: Experience in healthcare, claims payment/analysis, or managed care systems Knowledge of benefits, pricing, contracting, or provider reimbursement methodologies Experience with structured testing and documentation Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
