Union: Non-Union Number of vacancies: 1 Site: 700 University Avenue Department: Research Financial Services Reports to: Manager, Research Financial Services Salary Range: $58,578-$87,876 annually Hours: 37.5 hours per week Status: Permanent Full-Time Closing Date: June 15, 2026 Position Summary As an integral member of the Grants Management team within the Research Financial Services department, the Financial Analyst I performs a range of detailed accounting activities and advisory functions requiring sound professional judgment to ensure day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with the established accounting principles and institutional policies for research grant and project accounts. Duties Cheque Deposits: Ensure timely and accurate processing of cheque deposits Portfolio Management: Assist with responsibilities associated with a portfolio as required, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction, including generating grant financial reports, reconciliations and monthly journal entries Account Closures: Manage the closing of accounts with precision and adherence to company policies.
