Financial Analyst (Dallas)

Financial Analyst Position Summary: A growing healthcare company in the North Dallas area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This entry-level role will support financial reporting, data analysis, and operational insights across the organization. The analyst will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare and update recurring financial reports, dashboards, and analysis Reconcile financial data across multiple systems including Great Plains, Power BI, and Excel models Assist with variance analysis by identifying key revenue, margin, and expense drivers Maintain and improve standardized reporting templates Business & Operational Support Assist with preparation of financial materials for internal leadership meetings Support ad hoc analysis, data pulls, and reconciliations Partner with accounting to validate financial data and resolve coding discrepancies Data Integrity & Process Improvement Document assumptions, methodologies, and data sources for assigned reports Ensure adherence to documentation, version control, and reporting standards Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and improved templates Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or analytical experience acceptable) Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and financial modeling fundamentals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Consider This Role: Opportunity to join a growing organization following a recent acquisition Direct exposure to finance leadership and cross-functional teams Clear career progression within the finance organization Collaborative and team-oriented environment
