My client, a leading insurance company based in Dublin, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team.

This role is ideal for someone coming directly from a Big 4 or Top 10 practice who wants to move away from external audit and gain hands-on commercial finance experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Financial reporting and analysis
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
• Providing insights to support commercial decision-making
• Developing a strong understanding of the insurance sector

What they’re looking for:

• ACA / ACCA qualified or recently qualified
• Audit experience from a professional services environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ambition to build a career in commercial finance
