We are hiring for our client as they continue to develop their financial planning offering and seek to appoint an experienced Financial Advisor to their team in Monaghan.

The Role
As Financial Advisor, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide holistic financial planning advice based on individual client circumstances, objectives and priorities
- Review clients' financial arrangements and identify appropriate planning opportunities
- Conduct detailed client fact-finds and establish short, medium and long-term financial goals
- Provide clear, professional and tailored financial advice
- Manage an existing portfolio of clients while developing new relationships
- Conduct regular client reviews and ensure advice remains appropriate as circumstances change
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all activity is completed in line with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the financial planning business
The Person
The successful Financial Advisor will ideally have:
- Previous experience working within financial planning, financial advice or wealth management
- A strong understanding of holistic financial planning
- Appropriate financial planning qualifications for the Irish market
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- The ability to explain financial matters clearly and confidently to clients
- A professional, consultative and client-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage an existing client portfolio and develop new business relationships
- A strong understanding of the importance of compliance and suitability within financial advice
