Finance System Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Finance System Analyst in Hollywood, FL. Responsibilities: * Finance System Analyst will provide functional and technical support for payroll activities related to enterprise HCM/ERP implementations * Act as a strategic partner to Payroll, HR, IT, and other business areas to ensure system functionality meets operational and regulatory needs * Maintain data integrity, validate system changes, perform testing, and support configuration updates * Analyze payroll data flows to identify process improvement opportunities * As a Finance System Analyst, you will develop and maintain reporting to support payroll operations and compliance * Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll system functionality, integrations, and best practices* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (required) * 10+ years of experience with centralized, automated payroll processing systems or related financial accounting functions (required) * Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, with strong preference for Oracle/Lawson and UKG Timekeeping * Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed * APA (American Payroll Association) certification is highly desirable * SQL experience is highly preferred
