Finance Operations

Position Overview

We are looking for a Finance Operations Executive to support the daily financial operations of the business. This role focuses on revenue validation, operational reconciliations, payment verification, process execution, financial controls, and coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with operational and financial data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile revenue across PMS, FMS, OTAs, payment gateways, and ERP systems.

Validate daily collections, identify discrepancies, and monitor pending collections.

Verify homeowner payout and collection calculations and ensure accuracy.

Coordinate payment processing and track payment approvals and settlement status.

Prepare reconciliation reports and support management with operational and financial analysis.

Work extensively with Zoho Books, PMS, and other internal systems to validate data and reports.

Coordinate with the technology team to resolve system and data-related issues.

Ensure finance processes, internal controls, and company policies are consistently followed.

Maintain supporting documents for month-end activities, audits, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with Operations, Reservations, Guest Relations, Sales, Property Management, homeowners, and vendors to resolve finance-related queries.

Investigate and resolve operational finance issues in a timely manner.

Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and enhancing finance workflows.

Perform ad hoc finance and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Good understanding of finance operations and reconciliation processes.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis).

Experience working with ERP systems (Zoho Books preferred).

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Financial Analysis.

Experience working with large volumes of operational and financial data.

Hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or service industry experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification

MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
