Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: Hybrid — Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday | Remote Monday/Friday Salary$115-132K About the Opportunity Our client, an industry-leading technology manufacturing organization recognized as one of Canada’s top workplaces, is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their growing finance team. This role is ideal for a strong Senior Financial Analyst ready to step into leadership or an experienced FP&A Manager looking for a strategic, high-impact opportunity in a fast-paced global environment. What You’ll Be Doing Financial Planning & Strategic Leadership Lead the annual global budgeting process in partnership with department leaders Own and enhance monthly forecasting processes using operational and market insights Support long-range planning and multi-year financial modelling initiatives Provide strategic financial guidance aligned with organizational goals Performance Analysis & Reporting Deliver budget-to-actual reporting with meaningful commentary and trend analysis Build and maintain financial and operational models to identify risks and opportunities Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership Present financial insights clearly and effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Business Partnering Partner with regional and global leadership teams to support operational and strategic decisions Develop business cases for new initiatives, product launches, and expansion opportunities Act as a trusted advisor by translating financial data into actionable business insights Process Improvement & Team Leadership Drive modernization of FP&A tools and reporting processes through automation and AI Improve workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy across the finance function Mentor and support FP&A team members while fostering a high-performance culture What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications CPA designation (mandatory) Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis Leadership or management experience preferred Open to Senior Financial Analysts ready for the next step into leadership Strong ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Experience with Tier-1 ERP systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Background in manufacturing, technology, logistics, or related industries Experience with Oracle NetSuite Exposure to financial planning tools such as Adaptive Google Workspace experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
