We are looking for a Finance Manager (SME) to bring deep expertise in financial management, planning, and governance, and support solution alignment across Scry AI's finance-focused offerings. This role is critical in embedding real-world financial practices into AI-driven solutions and decision frameworks. Role Overview As a Finance Manager (SME) at Scry AI, you will act as a domain expert, supporting product, sales, and client engagements with strong financial insights.

You will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, guiding financial workflows, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in finance who can bridge financial expertise with technology in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Develop and evaluate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers of growth and cost Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights Domain Expertise & Advisory Act as a subject matter expert for financial processes, reporting, and governance Provide insights into real-world finance workflows and best practices Guide internal teams on aligning solutions with financial requirements Financial Operations & Reporting Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and operational processes Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency in financial data Support development of dashboards and financial analytics Risk, Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies Support audit readiness and governance frameworks Client Engagement & Solution Support Engage with clients to understand financial workflows and challenges Provide expert advisory during product discussions and implementations Support pre-sales by articulating domain-led value propositions Required Qualifications and Skills Strong experience in finance management, FP&A, or corporate finance Deep understanding of financial planning, reporting, and analysis Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in client-facing or advisory roles is a plus Our Ideal Candidate Is a domain expert with strong financial knowledge Can translate finance workflows into structured, technology-aligned solutions Is proactive in improving financial processes and decision-making Is confident in client-facing advisory roles Thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Is interested in AI, financial technology, and enterprise finance If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI is transforming financial management, planning, and decision-making.
