Finance Manager

Finance Manager Permanent Role Salary up to £50k Start - July / August 2026 Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid) Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in the Glasgow to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The role is reporting directly to the Finance Director, and Board of Directors, and will be a pivotal role within the business as you lead and manage the current finance team, producing all the monthly and statutory reports across multi entities and get involved in ongoing strategic projects. Duties include: - · Manage the daily accounting function, ensuring all processes and financial reports are accurate and timely. · Lead the completion of the month-end process, including tasks such as accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and stock reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines · Prepare and analyse financial statements, including the monthly Profit and Loss reports. · Manage the current finance team, support on-going development, and promote a cohesive team environment. · Provide accurate reporting around intercompany balances across the Group. · Ensuring all revenue is captured and posted accurately.
