Job Description Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a Finance Manager who will manage the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute day-to-day financial operations with precision. You will work closely with leadership, operations and project teams to ensure financial alignment across all initiatives. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans Analyze financial performance and provide insights to leadership Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies to improve profitability Accounting & Financial Operations Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processes Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) Maintain general ledger and ensure proper documentation of transactions Cash Flow & Compliance Monitor cash flow and manage company expenditures Ensure compliance with federal, state and local financial regulations Prepare documentation for audits and tax filings Strategic Support Provide financial guidance to support business growth and expansion Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and cost control Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies Systems & Process Improvement Implement and maintain financial systems (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero) Improve financial processes, controls and reporting efficiency Support automation and scalability of financial operations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting management. Strong knowledge of financial software and accounting systems (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, Zoho Books). Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
