Our client is a growing investment management firm with an established presence in Dublin.

Due to continued growth and investment in its Finance capabilities, they are seeking to appoint a Finance Data & Reporting Manager to join their team.

• 5-10 years' relevant experience
• Strong Finance, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics background
• Advanced Power BI development skills
• Strong experience across data modelling, DAX and Power Query
• Experience developing management information and executive-level reporting
• Strong data management and governance capabilities
• Snowflake experience advantageous
• SQL and Python experience advantageous
• Financial Services, Investment Management, Wealth Management or regulated industry experience beneficial
• Big 4 / Consulting / Advisory experience particularly relevant
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Role and Reporting Lines

Working closely with senior Finance stakeholders, responsibilities will include:

• Business Intelligence – Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions
• Management Reporting – Support financial analysis, variance analysis and management reporting
• Data Management – Support the development and management of Finance data within Snowflake, including data quality and controls
• Data Analytics – Develop robust data models and reporting datasets, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
• Executive Reporting – Develop KPI dashboards and performance reporting frameworks for senior stakeholders
• Data Governance – Establish and maintain data standards, quality controls and reporting best practices
• Automation – Automate manual reporting and reconciliation processes
• Finance Technology – Utilise Power BI, Power Query and DAX, with exposure to Snowflake, SQL and Python
• Business Insights – Transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights
• Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and controls through automation and digitisation
