The Role:

• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to support commercial decision-making.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Prepare management reports and provide meaningful business insights.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with operational teams to support business performance.

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercially focused finance role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence decision-making.
