What you need to know

Our client is seeking a Finance / Business Analyst to join a well-established company based in Wexford.

This is a visible and impactful role where you’ll work closely with teams across the business to support commercial and financial performance. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Senior Leadership to drive actionable insight and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce timely and accurate financial, commercial, and operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating costs, and profitability across products, customers, and regions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build and present financial models and business cases, supporting pricing, sales, and strategic projects with detailed analysis.
• Extract, validate, and analyse data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems while continually improving and automating reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a relevant analytical or business intelligence role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Strong ability to analyse and interpret business data and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a confident, collaborative approach and passion for driving improvement.
