Job Description
Finance Analyst – Office of the CFO Reports to: Chief Financial Officer. Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid; 3–4 days in office per week). Responsibilities Cross‑functional finance and business operations support—from planning through execution.
Track priorities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track. Develop management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Build visibility into KPIs, goals, and performance across the organization.
Act as the operational right hand to the CFO—managing meeting flow, priorities, and preparation. Coordinate agendas, pre‑reads, and materials for leadership meetings. Capture decisions, action items, and ensure follow‑through.
Partner with Executive Assistants on scheduling, travel, and expenses. Maintain clean, consistent documentation with meticulous attention to detail. Create polished, executive‑ready presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Translate financial and operational data into clear, compelling insights. Support crisp, timely communication across teams and stakeholders. Analyze and organize data using Excel (including Pivot Tables), Microsoft Copilot, and AI tools.
Work across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Concur, and other enterprise systems. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or executive support. Background in finance, business, economics, operations, or a related field.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data. Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow‑through. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Confidence working with senior leaders in a fast‑paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Availability to work onsite from the Miami headquarters.
Preferred Qualifications Exposure to dashboards, reporting, or data visualization. Eye for clean, professional presentation design. Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
Experience with Canva or visual design tools. Skills & Tools Excel (Pivot Tables) and advanced data manipulation. Microsoft Copilot and AI tools for content drafting and insight summarization.
