Job Description Finance Analyst \nLondon \n£45,000 + 10% bonus \n \nThe Opportunity \nA Finance Analyst role for an ambitious Part-Qualified or Finalist level Accountant within a well-established, international business operating across Europe, with a strong commercial focus and a collaborative finance function. The organisation partners with a wide network of regional stakeholders and offers a dynamic environment within a high-performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team. \n \n Role & Responsibilities \n \nAs a Part-Qualified Finance Analyst, you’ll support the Regional Finance Manager in delivering accurate, timely financial insights across European operations. \n \nKey responsibilities include: \n\n \n\n \n\t Owning AR/AP reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies \n\t Supporting month-end close to ensure accurate and complete reporting \n\t Analysing revenue, gross margin, and performance trends \n\t Assisting with commission calculations, accruals, and incentive schemes \n\t Producing clear, audit-ready financial analysis and reconciliations \n\t Acting as a key contact for finance queries from internal and external stakeholders \n\t Identifying data issues and providing actionable insights \n\t Driving improvements in financial controls and processes \n \n\n What’s Required \n\n \n\n \n\t Part-qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) \n\t Experience in a finance analyst or similar role \n\t Strong experience with reconciliations, AR/AP, and month-end processes \n\t Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles \n\t Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets \n\t Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail \n\t Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders \n\t Experience in a multi-country or European environment is advantageous but not essential to apply \n \n\n What You Get \n\n \n\t Exposure to a commercially focused, international finance function \n\t Opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers \n\t Broad experience across FP&A, reporting, and commercial finance \n\t A collaborative team environment with scope to improve processes and add value \n\t Strong platform for career progression within a growing organisation \n \n\n If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this role please apply with a copy of your CV
