Field Operations Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a Field Technician Supervisor to lead a team of technicians responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing gaming equipment at customer locations. This role will oversee day to day field operations, ensure service quality, and support technicians working onsite with clients. The position involves regular travel to client sites to assist with complex issues, support technicians, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities • Supervise and support field technicians performing installation, maintenance, and repair of gaming equipment at customer locations • Coordinate technician schedules, service calls, and site visits to ensure timely response and service completion • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for field service teams • Travel to client sites as needed to assist with escalated issues, equipment diagnostics, and service quality checks • Ensure technicians follow safety procedures, company standards, and service protocols • Communicate with clients regarding service updates, equipment issues, and maintenance needs • Track service activity, maintenance records, and equipment performance • Assist with training and onboarding of new technicians

Qualifications • Experience supervising or leading field technicians or service teams • Hands on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing technical equipment (gaming, electronics, mechanical, or similar equipment) • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills • Ability to travel to client sites as required • Strong communication and organizational skills • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
