Over the past decade, Kepler Analytics has expanded from its Australian roots to server around 300 customers, with over 20,000 sensor installations across 35+ countries.
We're growing our network of local field technicians in Melbourne and Sydney. We are looking for reliable, switched-on contractors to join us on a casual basis.
This role will suit someone who wants flexible, well-paid fieldwork without being tied to a roster.
What you’ll be doing
Visiting retail stores to install people-counting sensors according to our instructions
Conducting site surveys to confirm sensor placement and GPO availability
Completing manual and video count audits in-store
Taking clear, accurate photos and submitting them with written responses via WhatsApp, Teams, or email
Liaising with our internal tech support team when needed for support
We provide full instructions, floor plans, and placement guides for every job. You'll just need to follow our process precisely and communicate clearly.
What we’re looking for
Own ABN, this is a contractor role
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to retail locations across Sydney or Melbourne
Smartphone capable of taking quality photos
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Asana and email
A clear communicator, written and verbal
Punctual and accountable
