The Opportunity

We are seeking a Field Technician to join our Mining Operations team in a QLD-based FIFO role on an 8/6 roster. This is a hands-on role deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced hardware systems across remote mine sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate, and commission advanced hardware systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and fault repairs
• Act as the conduit between customers and RaptorTech’s support teams
• Provide professional on-site training and technical support
• Work autonomously while collaborating with remote teams
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation
• Maintain strict safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Background in auto electrical, electrical, telecommunications, or instrumentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and organised
• Comfortable working independently in FIFO environments
