Additionally, the company delivers doorstep service and maintenance for its machines to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Kolkata. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field installations, troubleshooting complex technical problems, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical support for customers.

Excellent customer interaction and resolution skills will be key to ensure a seamless service experience. The role also involves ensuring the proper functioning of mosquito traps and accessories and addressing any issues promptly. Qualifications Experience in Field Service and on-site equipment installations Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for machinery or devices Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving Knowledge of pest control and related technologies is an advantage Willingness to travel locally as required for customer site visits Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred
