Field Service Technician

Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Unox Service Team. This position will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer sites across Poland.

Main responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling within designated area.
• Conduct all aspects of on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment.
• Create detailed and comprehensive service reports after each service visit.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to work under pressure, reacting positively to challenges.
• At least 2 years of experience in the electromechanical field.
• A Grade Electrician license (or equivalent) is required.
• Willingness to travel (up to 80% of the time).
