Gilligan Property Services is looking for a Service Technician to join our team serving North Bay, West Nipissing, Sudbury, and surrounding communities.

As a Service Technician, you'll deliver a variety of property maintenance and home services while representing our commitment to thoughtful service and skilled workmanship. Every project is an opportunity to help homeowners achieve the vision they have for their property.

What You'll Do

• Perform lawn care, garden maintenance, exterior cleaning, and other property services.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and professionally.
• Follow established systems and procedures to deliver consistent results.
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners and work collaboratively with your team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Someone who enjoys working outdoors in a physically active role.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid Ontario driver's licence is considered an asset.
